Our Return Policy for Custom Items:
When you place an order for your custom label product, whether it is a custom size or a custom label, we will email you a PDF proof of your design for approval. This artwork must be carefully reviewed for dimensions, text and colors, after the artwork is approved by the customer, we will not accept returns that have already been reviewed and approved.
Labels Orlando Corp. will only correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, print offset and print delays to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product. Our company offers full color laser printing and CMYK printing. In the case of our CMYK printing machines, we cannot print every color available. We do not color match;
however, we offer the industry standard phrase of respectable color printing and will make every rational effort to print your product as close as possible to the colors you have provided us.

If you are not completely satisfied with the finished printed product, you can return it to us for a full refund of the printing cost only. Please make sure that your first order does not exceed this amount so that you know exactly what quality to expect.
We understand that sometimes circumstances arise where the final product does not perform exactly as you expected. Many label companies will not allow you to return custom made products. We are different. Our commitment is to offer the most complete and hassle-free solution for all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom purchase, you may return custom made items to us within 15 business days, We will not refund any orders outside of this 15 day period, meeting the following requirements:

Color Standards:
Our printed colors may not be exact to what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and other variations. If you need an exact color match, we recommend that you request a printed proof before placing your full order. Colors may also vary slightly in part due to the different types of paper: matte, glossy, weather-resistant, etc.

Mistakes & Re-printing:
If we have made a mistake, we will reprint the order and send it to you free of charge as soon as possible. If the package is damaged during shipment, we may ask for a photo of the order to see what happened. In most cases, we will reprint your order and ship it to you as soon as possible.
