We work with different raw materials, Semi Gloss Paper, Waterproof Paper, White BOOP Paper for Refrigeration, Clear Paper, Direct Thermal Paper, among others.

Yes, the minimum quantities are specified in the products that are already attached in our website.

In the case of printed labels in sheets, the minimum quantities start from 100 units, while for labels in rolls, the minimum quantities start from 5,000 units.

We understand how important it is for our clients to have the information as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our quotations can vary between 1 or 2 business days (not including holidays).

Immediately after uploading the file, our system checks the resolution of the artwork.
If it detects that the resolution is too low, you will receive a notification. You can choose to continue with the current image or upload a new one (recommended).

Minimum resolution of 300 dpi Bleed extends at least 1/8″ beyond the label outline
The safety margin is respected
Color palette is CMYK*.
File type is pdf
File size must not exceed 40 MB
Fonts of at least 6 point

No, for that we send in advance to your email the artwork or design for your approval, this artwork must be reviewed in detail in the texts, colors and size, after the artwork is approved by the customer, no changes or refunds will be accepted for errors that this design contains.

If you realize that your shipment is being sent to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@labelsorlando.com explaining what has happened. 
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the shipping information on file. If it has already been picked up by the carrier,  unfortunately we will not be able to help you.
